Content Guidelines

This policy applies to every template, AI-generated project, and piece of content created, published, or sold on AI Tapz — by creators and customers alike. It is part of the agreement you accept when you create a template, submit it for review, or use any AI generation tool on the platform.

1. Purpose

AI Tapz is a marketplace for legitimate templates, AI agents, and creative work. To keep the platform safe and lawful for everyone, certain categories of content are strictly prohibited, regardless of format — a website, document, image, AI agent brief, or any other output.

2. Strictly prohibited content

The following are never permitted on AI Tapz, in any form:

  • Criminal activity and exploitation — content that facilitates, instructs, or promotes any illegal act, including but not limited to violence, weapons trafficking, fraud, hacking/unauthorized access, human trafficking, or exploitation of minors in any form.
  • Sexual content and prostitution — pornographic or sexually explicit material, and any content advertising, facilitating, or booking sexual services.
  • Illegal drugs — content that sells, advertises, or provides instructions for manufacturing or distributing illegal controlled substances.
  • Illegal alcohol sales — content that sells or advertises alcohol to minors, or otherwise facilitates illegal alcohol sales or distribution. (Legitimate, legal businesses in the alcohol industry — bars, breweries, liquor retailers — are not restricted by this policy.)

3. How this is enforced

  • Automated checks run on submitted content and AI generation requests, and may block them outright.
  • Every template is reviewed by a human before it is published to the marketplace.
  • Published content can be reported by any visitor; reported content is reviewed promptly.
  • Violations may result in content removal, template rejection, wallet or payout holds, or account suspension, at the platform's discretion.

4. Reporting a violation

If you believe a published template violates this policy, contact platform support with the template link and a description of the issue.
