Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of AI Tapz, including purchasing, customizing, and cloning templates, and using your wallet for AI-guided edits. By creating an account or making a purchase, you accept these terms.
1. Purchases and library access
Each template purchase stays in your library for 12 months from the date of purchase. Before it leaves your library, we'll email you at 30, 7, and 1 day out so you have time to download a copy of your customized result. An active subscription keeps your entire library unlocked indefinitely, regardless of any individual purchase's access window.
2. Copies and clones
Making a copy of a purchase to branch off a separate customization requires an active subscription. Editing, exporting, and downloading a template you already own does not require a subscription — that is always included with your purchase, for as long as it remains in your library.
3. Wallet balance and AI edits
AI-guided edits are metered and charged from your wallet based on the actual work performed. Funds you add to your wallet can be used toward any AI edit on the platform.
Wallet balance expiration. If your account shows no activity — including logging in, purchasing or cloning a template, making an AI edit, or adding funds to your wallet — for a continuous period of 12 months, any unused wallet balance will expire and be forfeited. We will attempt to notify you by email at least 30 days before any balance expires so you have the opportunity to use or top up your balance. Wallet balance is non-transferable and, except where required by applicable law, non-refundable. This expiration policy does not apply where prohibited by the law of your jurisdiction; in such cases, your wallet balance remains valid to the extent required by that law.
4. Content and conduct
Every template, customization, and AI generation request is subject to our Content Guidelines. Violations may result in content removal, wallet or payout holds, or account suspension.
5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes to access windows, subscription requirements, or wallet policies apply to new purchases and activity going forward, not retroactively to purchases or balances that already existed under different terms.
